Reporting to the Sr. Manager Maintenance & Reliability, the Maintenance Planning Superintendent works collaboratively within maintenance and operations to ensure preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work is planned and prepared for efficient execution. The Maintenance Planning Superintendent is responsible for leading maintenance planning for all areas from wellfield to loadout, and is the overall responsible person for the direct base maintenance budgets.
The Maintenance Planning Superintendent is an integral part of the leadership team and influences the development strategy of the maintenance teams and activities. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement and to proactively lead the shutdowns and weekly planning and scheduling processes. This position is also responsible for ensuring contractors are available for planned maintenance activities and to ensure that the repair, maintenance and modification services for all of the operation components are effective and productive. The Maintenance Planning Superintendent also owns the overall department workflows, procedures for the CMMS and development of department Key Performance Indicators.
