Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

K+S Potash Canada General Partnership (KSPC) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Questions or Concerns about KSPC's Policies and Procedures?

KSPC is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. If you are an employee, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. If you are a contractor or third party, we want to ensure that you are able to raise your concerns in a confidential way.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use our SpeakUp hotline or website. This hotline is hosted by a third party provider, SpeakUp, and is a place where you can report your concerns anonymously without fear of reprisal when such concerns relate to violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. If you have questions related to KSPC’s policies and procedures, or want to provide positive suggestions and stories, you can do so to SpeakUp or can contact any of the individuals listed on the SpeakUp website.

To file an anonymous report, the SpeakUp website and hotline can be accessed any time:
Toll-free hotline: 1-866-788-5772

The information you provide to SpeakUp will be sent to KSPC on a totally confidential and anonymous basis unless you choose to leave your name or identifying information. You have our assurance that if you make an anonymous report, we will not know who made the report, but that your comments will be heard and your concerns addressed.

Note: SpeakUp is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use the SpeakUp site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property, as reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

You can also send an email to or contact the Company’s Compliance Officer, Markel Chernenkoff, at 1-306-385-8049.
