K+S Potash Canada is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to the markets where we operate. Our total target compensation package is based on a Pay for Performance philosophy. It includes two components – fixed (base) pay and short-term incentives (bonuses), which reward employees for their contributions towards the culture and success of the organization, our teams, and individuals.
