Sam Farris
President
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Thermal Science, both from the University of Saskatchewan. Sam has been with K+S for over 12 years with over 23 years in the potash industry and in his current role since 2018. He and his wife, Lynette, live in Saskatoon.
Leanne Parsons
Chief Financial Officer
Leanne, an accomplished CPA with over 25 years of experience in finance leadership roles, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. With a diverse background, Leanne excels in strategic management, M&A, and risk mitigation. Beyond her professional endeavours, she is committed to promoting wellness and balance alongside her dedication to her family and Saskatchewan roots.
Andrew Gajadhar
Chief Administration Officer
Andrew leads various administrative functions that support KSPC execution areas. Andrew is driven by his passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams and individuals. He began his career with K+S in 2013 and holds an MBA, Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration, and Bachelor’s degrees in both Business and Psychology. His interests extend to a variety of activities he and his family enjoy in Saskatoon.
Gisela Gips
Chief Operating Officer
Gisela brings more than 20 years of global mining experience, including driving large-scale transformation. With a strong focus on safe, sustainable and efficient operations, she knows that people make the difference in achieving excellence. As Chief Operating Officer, she leads our Operations and Projects portfolios, strengthening collaboration, accountability, and safe delivery as we advance our transformation and Ramp‑Up priorities. She lives in Saskatoon with her two children.
Chelsea Iatridis
Director, People
Chelsea is a motivated CPHR, dedicated to driving organizational success through enhancing the employee experience. As a brand and culture ambassador, Chelsea is responsible for implementing people, talent and communications programs that enables the business success. Residing in Moose Jaw with her family, Chelsea brings her passion for community into her professional life, fostering an inclusive workplace.
Anthony Clark
Director, Ramp-Up Program
Anthony is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of industry expertise. With a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and certifications in Lean Green Belt and Project Management, he excels in guiding teams through growth and diversification, both locally and globally. Anthony’s passion lies in maximizing the potential of skilled teams in competitive environments, fostering success even in uncertain times.
Paige Martin
Director, Strategy and Technology
Paige Martin is responsible for advancing technology, strategic execution, and innovation across the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and has over a decade of experience in the mining industry. Starting her career in engineering, Paige has played a key role in complex transformation programs by connecting strategy to execution. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong problem-solving mindset, and focus on transformative outcomes. She lives in Saskatoon with her family and values the strong sense of community it offers.

Manager, Strategic Coordination & Communication
Jodi is a strategic leader dedicated to driving organizational alignment and business success through enterprise coordination, communications, and transformational initiatives. Jodi partners closely with senior leaders to advance strategic priorities, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, enabling effective decision-making across the organization.
